Plaster

Much consideration is given to the quality of a product which applied in buildings. The quality of product is identified through a number of variables such as appearances, durability and the function of the product. When we talk about plaster, those variables will determine the quality of fabricated plaster which produce in factory compare to traditional plaster which mix nin the job site. Fabricated plaster compose of cement, grading good quality sand and additives to improve workability and adhesion. Fabricated plaster will gives a lot of benefit including time and labour saving, construction speed, and quality consistency.

Thinbed

With increasing use of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block in a lot of construction work, these emerges a need to use an adhesives which would hold these blocks in place. Now a days, adhesives for laying AAC blocks apply in very thin application with thickness around 2-3 mm with high adhesion to contribute to load bearing capacity of masonry. The suitables substrates for this thinbed system including concrete blocks/concrete hollow blocks, cellular light weight concrete and bricks.

Skimcoat

Skimming is a process to apply a skimcoat. Skimming with wall putty is a popular method of achieving flawless, smooth facades, ceilings and walls. Applying just a few millimetres of skimcoat gives the substrate smooth finish. Modern skimcoat generally consist of cement, filler, and various additives. These will gives advantages over conventional skimcoat in term of good adhesion and weather resistance, high flexibility and excellent workability.

Tile Adhesives

Tiles have been used as wall and floor coverings for a long time. Tile adhesives is ready mixed and specially formulated from cement, selected fine sand and additives to improve its essential properties for laying tiles. High performance tile adhesives can be used to lay tiles on existing files, on polished cement or concrete, on wooden substrates or on other special substrates. It’s easy to use, just add water, mix and apply using notched trowel to gives better bonding strength and prevent ‘popping’ of tiles.
